Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By purchasing, installing, or using the Badger WordPress plugin ("the Plugin"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Plugin.
2. License
Badger grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Plugin on the number of WordPress sites specified in your plan. "Lifetime" licenses grant usage rights for the operational lifetime of the Plugin product.
- Solo: 1 production site
- Agency: 5 production sites
- Lifetime 10: 10 production sites, perpetual
- Lifetime 20: 20 production sites, perpetual
Staging and local development environments do not count against your site limit.
3. Payments & refunds
All prices are in USD. Annual plans renew automatically unless cancelled. Lifetime licenses are a single payment with no renewal. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans.
4. Updates & support
All plans include access to software updates and security patches for the duration of the license. Lifetime licenses include updates for the operational lifetime of the product. Priority support is available to all paid plans via email.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Plugin
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Plugin
- Use the Plugin to facilitate illegal activity
- Exceed the site limit specified in your plan
6. Disclaimer
The Plugin is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While Badger is designed to detect and mitigate AI bot activity, no security tool can guarantee 100% protection. Badger is not a substitute for professional security auditing.
7. CRA compliance
The CRA compliance dashboard provides tooling to assist with documentation and audit trails. It does not constitute legal advice. Users remain responsible for ensuring their own regulatory compliance. Consult qualified legal counsel for compliance guidance.
8. Limitation of liability
Badger's total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Plugin shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Plugin in the 12 months prior to the claim.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the Plugin constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
